I win so you win!
“For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God...When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ…Finally, be strong in the LORD and in His mighty power...In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

and I mean it! Holding you close, Abba
I can just hear our God saying to me…
Let Me explain sovereignty - supreme power and authority. I am sovereign. There is nothing I cannot do. There is nothing I do not know. There is no place I cannot go. I am the coach AND the referee. I know the game plan. I make all the rules and I make all the calls. Yes, there is evil in the world wreaking havoc. But and I mean But, this havoc being wreaked will end in My glory - My victory and your victory. I win! We win!
Your turn ... On paper or play in your mind, item by item, list the circumstances or obstacles which are now seemingly in your way of victory. Cover each item with this truth. I can’t but My God can. His victory is my victory. Do this over and over until you not only believe but know this truth and feel the power of it surging through your body. Keep this truth handy for all the next times.
Now in confidence pray ...
“Shout for joy to God, all the earth! Sing the glory of His Name; make His praise glorious. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is Your power that your enemies cringe before You. All the earth bows down to You; they sing praise to You, they sing the praises of Your Name.” Come and see what God has done, His awesome deeds for mankind! ... He rules forever by His power, His eyes watch the nations— let not the rebellious rise up against Him. Praise our
God, all peoples, let the sound of His praise be heard; He has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping. For You, God, tested us; You refined us like silver... I will come to Your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to You—vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke when I was in trouble... Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what He has done for me. I cried out to Him with my mouth; His praise was on my tongue. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the LORD would not have listened; but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer. Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld His love from me!”
